The brief centred on creating a workplace that aligned with Globeleq’s commitment to sustainability, innovation and modern functionality. Alongside supporting employee collaboration, the space needed to provide a welcoming environment for clients while reinforcing the company’s identity through the workplace experience. Collaboration with the client throughout workshops, site visits and ongoing feedback ensured the project remained closely aligned with these objectives.
Sustainable Design Language
The design combines clean lines, bold accents and minimalist furnishings to create a contemporary workplace. Sustainability informed key design decisions, including energy-efficient lighting, recycled materials and locally sourced furnishings. Solar panel imagery integrated throughout the office reinforces Globeleq’s renewable energy focus, while open-plan work areas, meeting rooms and breakout spaces enhance teamwork and productivity.
