The brief centred on introducing Activity Based Working into Tetra Pak’s day-to-day work regime. Trend moved beyond traditional desking to accommodate different activities and individual needs, incorporating collaboration and breakaway facilities to support a more agile way of working.
A Consistent Design Approach
Trend applied a consistent approach to the design and delivery of both spaces, while giving each its own visual treatment. The Johannesburg office incorporated Tetra Pak’s corporate colours, light timbers and graphic wallpapers, while Cape Town used bold colour blocking to make key areas stand out and draw staff towards collaborative spaces.
Supporting New Ways Of Working
Trend Group delivered workplace environments shaped around Tetra Pak’s changing working requirements. The completed spaces provide a mix of work settings that support different ways of working, helping embed Activity Based Working into the day-to-day workplace.
