grey box to high performing
The brief required converting a grey box environment into a high-performing, people-centred workspace, while integrating the new office with an existing space on the same floor. The scope included a full upgrade of the existing work café, incorporating new finishes, revised layouts, and ceiling interventions. The project required tight coordination, a fast-tracked programme, and careful execution within a live working environment.
playful DETAILs
The design by Paragon Architects and Lei Lester makes a considered impression. Zones are defined through colour, layered lighting, and greenery, with timber finishes and upholstered elements adding warmth to the entrance.
A reimagined work café with varied seating serves as a hub for informal interaction, while the layout accommodates a range of working styles through open plan workstations, semi-private offices, and meeting rooms.
