Store Concept Approach
The store brings together product presentation and hands-on engagement, with elements designed to reflect the brand’s focus on circular design and responsibly made materials. Trend Group delivered the fit-out and commercial interiors scope to support the realisation of this concept. The project involved construction and project management to best express Sealand’s commitment to sustainability and circular design principles.
Materiality and Interaction Design
A striking balustrade detail incorporating the brand motif acts as a focal point within the interior design, reinforcing Sealand’s identity. The ‘Sealand Select’ room introduces an interactive experience where customers assemble utility pouches from pre-cut waste-material panels. Rotating displays, educational elements, and dedicated ambassador walls are used throughout the space to reinforce storytelling and brand values.
Delivery and Project Outcome
A collaborative approach with designer Marco Simal ensured the design intent was accurately translated through construction and project management. Trend Group delivered the fit-out, coordinating the commercial interiors delivery and overseeing execution of bespoke interiors elements. The result is a cohesive retail environment that brings together storytelling, product interaction, and brand identity through considered spatial planning and material execution.
