The Oracle project involved the design of a new head office for Oracle Africa, spanning 3000 sqm and completed in 16 weeks. The office was designed to accommodate various work activities, blending individual, communal, and support spaces to boost productivity and collaboration among teams. Trend Group was appointed through a competitive tender process, showcasing their expertise in delivering high-quality design solutions that align with international standards.

Trend Group’s design incorporated contemporary finishes with vibrant colours and subtle African motifs. Key features included a dynamic canteen area, collaborative spaces equipped with power and data connectivity, and designated meeting areas that maximise natural light while addressing acoustic and ergonomic considerations. The project adhered to strict health, safety, and environmental measures, ensuring compliance with Green Star building requirements.
