Trend Group undertook the design and fit-out of Cost Certified’s new 2000m² office space across three floors within Cape Town’s historic Refinery Building on Kloof Street. The dynamic tech company sought an environment that not only reflected their innovative spirit and allowed for future growth, but also harmoniously blended their energetic vibe with the building’s rich historical charm.

The primary objective was to create a flexible and adaptable workspace that supported collaboration, catered to various working styles, and enhanced employee well-being, all while respecting the building’s heritage. This project presented a unique challenge: seamlessly integrating the youthful energy of Cost Certified into the former school hostel. Trend Group’s expertise shone through in transforming the space within a stringent timeline, preserving historical integrity while delivering a cutting-edge office.
