The brief focused on creating an office environment that could better respond to staff needs. Trend Group conceptualised a range of spaces designed to support teamwork and communication among employees.
Spaces for Different Interactions
The workplace incorporates work booths, quick touchdown points, soft seating areas and high-up collaboration spots. Together, these create a mix of settings for informal gatherings and focused discussions, allowing employees to select an environment suited to the task or interaction at hand.
Warmth Through Colour
Yellow was introduced throughout the commercial interiors despite not forming part of First Equity’s corporate identity. Trend Group used the colour as a deliberate design element to bring warmth into the office, contributing to a more inviting workplace experience where employees feel comfortable and motivated.
