Adapting an Existing Space
Working within a pre-fitted office required careful planning, as the space needed to support Dalberg’s requirements without a complete fit-out from scratch. Trend Group’s work centred on targeted interventions, modifying the existing environment to better align with the organisation’s needs.
Considered Modifications
Trend Group introduced phone booths for private conversations, integrated Dalberg’s corporate identity and brand colours throughout the interior, and created a dedicated mother’s room for staff. Existing spaces were repurposed to better serve the organisation’s day-to-day requirements, producing a workspace that reflects both function and the organisation’s values.
Retrofitting for the Long Term
