After completing a fit-out for another client in the same building, AFA turned to Trend Group, confident that we could bring their vision to life.
The goal for AFA’s new office was to create a sleek and sophisticated environment that reflects their professionalism and commitment to excellence. Trend Group set out to design a modern space featuring exposed ceilings, polished concrete flooring, and warm timber accents. This combination creates a welcoming atmosphere that allows both employees and clients to feel comfortable and inspired.
Recognising the importance of flexibility in today’s work environment, we designed adaptable meeting rooms that cater to various needs. With the incorporation of stackable walls, these rooms can be easily opened to connect with the rest of the office, encouraging collaboration and spontaneous discussions among team members. This design promotes a sense of community while ensuring the space remains functional.
To bring an extra sense of style to the space, we used strips of timber panelling to create a striking geometric feature throughout the office. This design element not only adds visual interest but also plays with texture and symmetry, enriching the overall aesthetic. By thoughtfully blending materials, we have crafted an environment that is both beautiful and conducive to productivity.
