Flagship Project for a Global Brand
Trend Group continued its partnership with WeWork to deliver this flagship location. Appointed as the main contractor for the fit-out, the brief was to convert the five-story south wing exclusively for WeWork. Working closely with an international team and Paragon, Trend Group ensured the implementation met WeWork’s global standards.
A Nod to Local Design
The corporate interiors were thoughtfully designed for both function and beauty, incorporating abundant natural light and premium amenities to foster an efficient and engaging environment. Communal spaces feature artworks and designs sourced from local artists and vendors, blending industrial foundations with African design elements to celebrate the rich cultural heritage.

These WeWork offices provide a vibrant environment that supports communal interaction and a variety of workspace options – including open and closed desks, dedicated meeting rooms, and other essential areas. The project sets a benchmark and represents a key milestone for Trend Group, demonstrating its commitment to delivering inspiring flexible workspaces that meet client expectations.
