An Ambitious Project
For this project, Trend Group delivered a landmark co-working space in an urban business hub. Occupying six floors of a modern nine-story building, this WeWork office aimed to create a warm, inviting, and highly functional environment that would set a new standard for collaborative workspaces.
Vibrant Hub for Modern Work
The design incorporates an industrial aesthetic enhanced with artistry. Local artwork, furniture, and patterns were integrated to reflect rich culture and craftsmanship. This approach created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that highlights local talent and encourages a sense of community among members. Within the space, art-filled lounges support creativity, bright conference rooms facilitate collaboration, and private offices provide for the diverse needs of WeWork members.

Establishing WeWork’s presence in the region marked a significant milestone and set a benchmark for future projects.
