Trend Group completed a comprehensive office refurbishment for Sanlam Fintech, showcasing their expertise in advanced design and office fit-out services. Covering an area of 2486 square meters, the project revitalised the workspace for this leading financial services company, creating an environment that encourages innovation and employee well-being. Working alongside Paragon Group for the design and Design Colab for bespoke furniture, the project carefully blended functional workspaces with thoughtfully curated interiors to support a dynamic office experience.
Thoughtfully Designed Spaces
Trend Group showcased its design expertise with thoughtfully designed breakaway areas and meeting zones, enhanced by natural elements such as timber and greenery. A cohesive colour palette in Sanlam’s signature blue palette adds sophistication, while playful geometric patterns appear throughout wallpapers and design details for a sense of fun and uniformity.
The open-plan layout was carefully planned to support both productivity and creativity, with strategically positioned spaces for focused work, brainstorming, and relaxation. Meeting rooms with acoustic panels allow for effective, comfortable discussions, while a dedicated entertainment area with PlayStation consoles, a foosball table, and an 8-ball pool table provides opportunities for team bonding and foster a vibrant office culture.
