Spaces Designed to Support People
Beyond functionality, the project also supported broader goals around job creation and skills development. Alongside the main contact centre floor, the workspace includes an interactive central hub, training rooms, meeting spaces, support staff areas, a 60-seater canteen, and a welcoming reception area. The result is an environment designed to support both operational performance and employee well-being.
Reflecting Brand Energy Through Design
Inspired by the client’s energetic global brand, the workspace incorporates playful retro-inspired details and a vibrant colour palette, bringing personality and warmth into a highly functional operational setting. Large atriums introduce natural light throughout the interior, contributing to a brighter and more uplifting workplace environment.
Designed for Scale and Functionality
As a contact centre environment, the workspace was carefully planned to support high-density occupancy while maintaining clarity, flow, and usability. Clearly defined zones enable efficient team operations, supporting focused work alongside moments of interaction and pause. The result is a robust and adaptable workplace that can evolve alongside the client’s operational needs, combining practical functionality with a design approach that enhances performance, reflects brand identity, and supports the overall employee experience.
