Elevated Corporate Interiors
Guild was transformed into a vibrant dual purpose environment that brings together a sleek contemporary aesthetic with natural elements. The reimagined space focuses on balancing elegance and functionality, created in collaboration with the Steyn City Hotel by Saxon and managed by Saxon Hotel, Villas and Spa, to deliver a refined setting that seamlessly supports both dining and work.
Warmth and Refinement
Designed by Paragon Interface and delivered by Trend Group in collaboration with Incresco Developments, the space seamlessly integrates dining and work functions. The ground floor restaurant creates an inviting atmosphere, anchored by a striking black steel staircase with reeded glass balustrades.
Warmth is introduced through the barista counter and bar, featuring green tiled surfaces and a timber-slat front – while terrazzo floors and Pedersen Lennard’s Escarpment Round Tables paired with Houtlander seating offer a refined setting. Generous outdoor seating suits both dining and informal gatherings.
Dining & Workspace Elegance
The upper level was designed as a dedicated work environment, incorporating private offices, open workstations, lounge areas and phone booths to support a range of working styles. Acoustic finishes and soft furnishings help control noise levels in the professional workspace, while live planting and feature lighting enhance the overall look and feel, with sun bleached oak herringbone flooring creating continuity throughout the space.
Delivered through a collaborative effort between Trend Group, Incresco Developments, Paragon Interface and a team of industry experts, the project extends beyond a conventional co working model to create a vibrant setting for connection and collaboration.
