As the appointed main contractor, Trend Group was entrusted with the task of bringing this high-end dining experience to life, ensuring that every detail reflected both the chef’s aspirations and the designer’s artistic intent.
The fit-out of Fyn was completed within an impressive eight-week deadline, a feat made possible through effective collaboration between Trend Group, designers, and contractors. A critical focus was on creating an acoustically balanced space, essential for an open-plan restaurant where the kitchen and dining areas meld together. This approach allowed for a dynamic atmosphere where culinary artistry enhances the overall dining experience.
