BMW, the renowned German manufacturer of luxury vehicles, appointed Trend Group to develop a cutting-edge 3,000 sqm office space. Designed by VDO Consulting, this innovative hub aims to enhance internal communication and collaboration across the company.

Occupying two floors, the office features versatile spaces that allow employees to choose how they work, connect, or take a break. The design incorporates timber pergolas to create inviting breakaway areas and informal meeting spots. The challenge of constructing a single office within a double-volume space was met by employing steel frames attached solely to the floor and finished with sleek shopfront glass.

A key highlight of the new office is the Experience Centre—a dedicated presentation area for showcasing BMW’s latest vehicles and technologies to prospective clients. Equipped with a large, curved screen and projector, this space perfectly embodies the elegance and technological innovation that BMW represents.
