For WeWork’s first project in the country, Trend Group delivered a landmark co-working space in a Johannesburg business hub. Occupying six floors within The Link – a modern nine-story building designed to inspire collaboration and productivity – the project aimed to create a warm, inviting, and highly functional environment that would set a new standard for collaborative workspaces in the region.

The design incorporates an industrial aesthetic enhanced with artistry. Local artwork, furniture, and patterns were integrated to reflect rich culture and craftsmanship. This approach created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that highlights local talent and encourages a sense of community among members. Within the space, art-filled lounges support creativity, bright conference rooms facilitate collaboration, and private offices provide for the diverse needs of WeWork members.
