Pinsent Masons

Trend Group delivered a 1,750sqm agile office fit-out for global law firm Pinsent Masons in Rosebank, Johannesburg. Designed by Paragon Interface, the space blends the client’s global brand with subtle South African influences through local art, furniture, and finishes.

The design promotes flexible working with open-plan and bookable desks, collaborative zones, and pause areas maximizing panoramic views. Focus rooms, enclosed booths, and service spaces are centrally located. This balanced environment supports both collaboration and confidential work. A vibrant mural by local artist “I Do” energizes the pause area, while African-inspired textures and tones feature in rugs, wallpapers, and artworks. Timber elements add warmth to the corporate aesthetic.

Trend Group’s scope included the installation of JEB Summit and X-Series shopfront systems, operable walls, and internal partitioning. Collaborating with Turner & Townsend (project management) and Design Colab (furniture sourcing), the project was completed efficiently and to a high standard through strong teamwork and a smooth client decision-making process.
