UNIFIED WORKSPACE
PayFast, a leading player in online transactions, aimed to enhance their workspace with a new office design that reflects their dynamic identity. Trend Group was tasked with creating a single, cohesive environment by merging three distinct companies within the DPO Group, fostering a unified corporate culture.
USING WARMTH AND COLOUR
The project integrated three different office cultures through carefully planned layouts and finishes. Client-facing areas were formal yet welcoming, featuring warm timber tones to create an inviting atmosphere for high-end clients while maintaining PayFast’s professional identity.
The open-plan office was designed as a collaborative workspace with vibrant, playful elements to encourage employee interaction, as well as spaces for focus. Bright colour accents define workstations, complemented by flexible furniture and breakaway zones. Distinct areas were created to support different activities and moods – from quiet focus zones to collaborative hubs – promoting individual productivity, team engagement, and an overall positive workplace culture.
