Inspired Evolution, a leader in sustainable investment solutions, appointed Trend Group to design and build a modern, functional, and welcoming office to support their growing business. The primary goal was to create a workplace that clearly expressed Inspired Evolution’s commitment to innovation and sustainability. The brief called for an office design that balanced corporate professionalism with a warm and approachable atmosphere. Essential requirements included functional workspaces, informal breakout areas, and the use of sustainable materials to align with their brand values.
Design Detail and Function
Trend Group began by understanding the client’s vision and needs, creating a design that incorporated natural materials and biophilic elements to enhance well-being and productivity. Challenges of balancing functionality and aesthetics were met with solutions like wooden slat dividers, deep green accent walls, and acoustic baffles. Metal-framed glass partitions maintained openness while defining spaces.
Collaboration was central to refining the concept, with client workshops, site visits, and feedback sessions ensuring alignment with the client’s vision. Custom elements such as sound-dampening phone booths and bespoke lighting were tailored to meet specific requirements, keeping the project on track and fully responsive to the client’s needs.

Completed in eight weeks, the resulting space balances professional and playful elements, including a vibrant kitchen with round lighting and natural wood finishes. A boardroom with leather chairs and deep green walls offers a sophisticated setting for meetings.
