The IFS project entailed redesigning a 550 sqm office to modernize the brand and enhance office culture after relocating from Centurion. Trend Group secured the project based on competitive proposals, taking charge of design, implementation, and project management.

The project featured cost-effective, durable finishes and utilized 100% locally sourced materials to meet a tight five-week deadline. Key elements included a panoramic boardroom, a green wall in the reception, and informal collaborative areas, all showcasing the client’s vibrant brand colours.

Despite challenges like a strict timeline and additional work for the landlord, Trend successfully completed the project on schedule. This satisfaction led IFS to engage Trend for further enhancements a year later, highlighting a strong partnership.
