CCBSA identified an opportunity to revitalise their employee spaces and partnered with Trend Group to refurbish their distribution centre. Known for our innovative design thinking and ability to deliver cost-effective results, we were selected to bring this vision to life.
The refurbishment focused on upgrading essential staff areas, including the canteen, showers, changerooms, and ablution facilities. Each element of the redesign was carefully considered to create spaces that are practical, comfortable, and conducive to employee satisfaction and well-being.
Welcoming Hub
At the heart of this refurbishment is a vibrant feature canteen that embodies CCBSA’s branding and company culture. Designed as a welcoming hub for employees, the space encourages connection, relaxation, and rejuvenation. A contemporary aesthetic is complemented by warm, locally inspired touches, expressed through colour, texture, and the use of 100% locally sourced materials.
Trend Group skilfully brought the client’s bold identity to life through a café-style environment filled with greenery and contemporary furniture. Every design choice was made with intention, ensuring a seamless flow that supports both aesthetic harmony and staff flow of movement.
People-Focused Space
We created a workspace that seamlessly combines practicality with visual appeal, ensuring the layout of the employee facilities encourages interaction, collaboration, and a natural flow of movement. What was once a purely functional area has been transformed into an uplifting, people-focused space that supports both employee satisfaction and well-being.
