The Citibank project, covering 5000 sqm, aimed at creating a high-end office environment tailored to the financial services sector. Trend Group was appointed through a competitive tender process, responsible for managing the entire build component while collaborating closely with Aecom for design and Mace for project management. The project showcased a blend of medium to high-end finishes, incorporating both locally manufactured materials and carefully selected imports.

Key features included state-of-the-art meeting areas equipped with advanced AV technology, client waiting zones designed for comfort, and a specialised server room with stringent requirements. The project adhered to strict health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulations while facilitating a conducive workplace for employees and clients alike.
