TRANSFORMING A CONTACT CENTRE
Capita’s objective was to reimagine their 10 000 sqm contact centre into a modern, people-centred workspace that could enhance productivity, creativity, and well-being. The challenge lay in transforming a vast, high-ceilinged space – where some areas lacked natural light – into a welcoming, functional environment. Sustainability and timeless design were also priorities, ensuring the office would remain both efficient and inspiring well into the future.
THE CREATIVE JOURNEY
Designed to bring sense of energy and inspiration Capita’s contact centre, making it a standout industry workspace, Trend Group drew inspiration from themes of modernity and timelessness.
The meeting spaces were designed with acoustic finishes, sophisticated furnishings, and calming neutral tones to create an environment that supports effective collaboration. Breakout and wellness areas feature built-in bench seating, harvest tables, and biophilic elements such as plants and natural light, with spaces to relax and recharge for employee well-being.
Meanwhile, the collaboration zones bring colour, flexibility, and playfulness into the office, with movable screens, interactive walls, and modern soft seating that encourage creativity and teamwork.
