Designed Around Learning
The brief called for a student-centred environment with classrooms, collaboration zones and breakout areas that encouraged creativity and comfort. Trend Group shaped the fit-out around these needs, creating a learning environment intended to support students throughout their academic journey while bringing energy and character into the space.
Bold Details, Better Focus
The commercial interiors draw on an industrial aesthetic, with exposed ceilings, screed floors and visible services creating the foundation for the design. Bold colours, a graffiti-style wall at the entrance, green planter walls and a dedicated green room add vibrancy, while acoustic baffles were strategically incorporated in classrooms and hallways to support comfort and focus.
From Workshops to Completion
Trend Group worked closely with LAL throughout the project, using design workshops, site visits and feedback sessions to refine feature walls and classroom layouts. The completed space brings together functional learning areas, collaborative zones and moments of greenery, creating a vibrant educational environment that responds to the client’s objectives.
