A People-Centred Workplace
Sandoz, a global leader in off-patent medicines, collaborated with Trend Group, Profica, and CBRE for their new office. The project delivered a people-centred workplace that harmonises Sandoz’s international brand identity with a distinctly local character – where global standards converge with the warmth, texture, and vibrancy of the region.
Colour, Culture, and Connection
Sandoz’s corporate blue was applied strategically to anchor key branded zones, such as the reception, while neutral tones on walls and floors created a calm foundation. Accent colours, inspired by the local flora and landscapes, add warmth and a touch of heritage, while large-scale corporate graphics turn the company’s mission and values into everyday focal points.
Biophilic design was central to the project, with freestanding plants, natural light, and organic materials softening the space and balancing its technology-driven functions. These elements connect the workplace to its local environment and support employee wellness, bringing a sense of calm and vitality.
Built to Last
While double-glazed glass fittings and carpets were imported, most of the materials and fittings were locally manufactured, supporting design and manufacturing sectors. High-quality, durable finishes reflect Sandoz’s sustainability objectives and their commitment to a workspace designed for long-term use.
The result is a workplace that meets Sandoz’s operational requirements while telling a layered story – one that upholds global standards, celebrates local context, and keeps people at the heart of every design decision.
