Trend Group is behind the remarkable transformation of Swiss Re’s office, delivering a modern, functional, and visually engaging workspace that reflects the company’s brand and culture. The project focused on seamless integration with the existing building while meeting demanding technical standards, resulting in an environment that supports both operational efficiency and a cohesive corporate identity.

The Swiss Re office project involved a full-scale refresh of essential work areas to create a more productive environment. The boardroom was upgraded with custom tables and premium finishes to provide a focused and professional setting for important meetings. Open-plan desk areas were expanded to encourage seamless collaboration and communication among teams. A dedicated “think tank” room was created, alongside a new collaboration space designed to inspire brainstorming and idea sharing.
Every detail was carefully considered to balance functionality with design quality, meeting acoustic requirements to ensure privacy for confidential discussions. The kitchen was also completely redesigned, incorporating sophisticated finishes such as linoleum and Fenix surfaces.
Captivating Yet Functional
The office transformation achieved a seamless balance of functionality and visual appeal, anchored by a neutral colour palette that provided an ideal backdrop for bespoke artwork. A standout feature is the innovative “up and over” concept, for a visually captivating and functional workspace experience – through combining Houtlander furniture, handcrafted Swedish pendant lights, and warm Oggie hardwood flooring. Through close collaboration with Swiss Re and Profica project managers, Trend Group delivered a transformed office environment that encourages creativity, supports teamwork, and reflects the client’s distinct identity.
