Axalta who manufactures, markets and distributes coatings systems for commercial vehicles were in shared offices and wanted to establish their brand and their presence in their own office and warehouse component.
The building was very dated and Trend had to update a lot of the infrastructure to get the building looking modern and functional for its new tenants.
The design was very neat and simplistic but incorporated Axalta’s pop of red within certain elements of the design. We also used timbers to warm the space as well as lots of greenery to soften environment.
